International trade - regulations and documentation
With many years experience of international trade, our staff will manage all aspects of your order quickly and efficiently in compliance with the various import/export regulations. These vary from country to country, but with our expert contacts at DEFRA, the UK’s Plant Health and Seeds Inspectorate, we can provide you with the detail required to ensure your order is labelled, packed and delivered with accurate documentation. If required, we can obtain Phytosanitary Certificates and other such documentation via the relevant authorities.
Logistics - deliveries to schedule
We can arrange deliveries wherever you are in the world through our network of recognised freight forwarders or through your own preferred carrier. Where possible, we have an appointed contact within each transport company we deal with, to ensure a personal service and will communicate with them until such time as we know your order has been safely delivered
On-going sales supprt
Our work does not stop once your order is delivered! We are in touch on a regular basis with all our customers, keeping them regularly updated with new products, the latest news and forthcoming events
