Yes, we would be happy to forward our Suttons Seeds UK trade pack on receipt of your contact details. Please contact the Retail Department on 01803 696400 or email retail@suttons.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Is there a minimum order value?
Orders of 50 packets or more will be sent carriage free. Orders below 50 packets will incur a carriage and handling charge of £5.00 plus VAT.

I only have a small amount of space; will I still be able to Stock Suttons Seeds?

You will find Suttons Seeds in garden centres, nurseries and DIY stores across the UK, Ireland and Internationally. Alternatively, you can purchase seeds directly through www.suttons.co.uk

International

Can I order if I am a private customer?
Yes, if you reside within the E.U., Suttons Mail Order Department will be happy to process your order. Unfortunately we are unable to process export orders for private individuals residing outside of the E.U. at this time.

We have visited your website and would like to find out more about becoming an international trade distributor. Is there an information pack you can send us?
Yes, we would be happy to forward our international trade pack on receipt of your contact details. Please contact the Export Department who will arrange this for you.

We would like a range specially produced and translated to suit our market. Who do we contact to find out more?

Is there a minimum order volume?
Yes, in the case of our packet seed range, we ask for a minimum of 2,000 packets. We can process orders under this volume but will charge an administrative fee.

How can we be assured of a reliable service?
Simply because we pride ourselves on our service excellence, no matter where you are in the world. We will keep in close contact with you to ensure that your order is processed to your exact requirements and delivered to schedule, but will of course keep you regularly updated throughout the year with the latest information and product launches.

Can Suttons arrange to ship our order?
Yes, we are happy to obtain freight quotes through our network of recognised freight companies and arrange on your behalf. Alternatively we are happy for you to use your own preferred method.

How long does it take to process an export order?
This depends on availability and order volume, but we will endeavour to turn all orders round very quickly, usually in well under 7 days. We will, of course, always keep you informed as to the status and expected delivery schedule.

Is there a charge for documents?
There is no charge for documentation, although there will be a small charge for the Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin, if required. These are simply charged at cost, as imposed by the UK authorities. Please check with our Export Department who will be able to confirm this.

We have been advised that a Phytosanitary Certificate is required. How do we obtain this?
No problem, Suttons can obtain this document through DEFRA (the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) in the UK.

Will Suttons arrange all the necessary shipping documents?
Yes, Suttons will supply all shipping documents, with the exception of the Import Permit, which the importer must obtain from their authorities.

How do we find out what the regulations are to import seed to our country?
You should contact your Ministry of Agriculture or equivalent authority who will be able to confirm which documents are required and the procedure for import.

Which countries do you supply to?
Suttons can supply to most countries in line with import regulations.
