International trade - regulations and documentation
With many years experience of the international trade, the Suttons team will manage all aspects of your order quickly and efficiently and in compliance with the various import/export regulations. These vary from country to country, but with our expert contacts at DEFRA, the UK's Plant Health and Seeds Inspectorate, we can provide you with the details required to ensure your order is labelled, packed and delivered with accurate documentation. If required, we can obtain Phytosanitary Certificates and other such documentation via the relevant authorities. Logistics - deliveries to schedule
We can arrange deliveries wherever you are in the world through our network of recognised freight forwarders or through your own preferred carrier. Where possible, we have an appointed contact within each transport company we deal with, to ensure a personal service and will communicate with them until such time as we know your order has been safely delivered.
On-going sales support
Our work does not stop once your order is delivered! We are in touch on a regular basis with all our customers, keeping them regularly updated with new products, product information, the latest news and forthcoming events.
Bespoke packaging - designed for your market
Many customers come to Suttons Seeds to benefit from our modern, efficient production facilities and design expertise. We have produced special ranges for several main markets, all to our customers own design or brand requirements. Using our state-of-the-art machinery and reel-fed machines, we can also offer very competitive quotations for high volumes.
