Suttons Seeds Merchandising Techniques

Suttons Seeds Top Visual Merchandising Techniques

Suttons Seeds Tips! When it comes to Visual Merchandising, attention to detail is vital. Laying out your products in a tidy and ordered manner allows your customers to shop your store much more easily. Ideally your store should be laid out to excite the customer and lead them through the store to ensure that maximum sales are always achieved. Your customers should be able to walk around your store in such a way that they are exposed to 100% of your stock.  Getting your visual merchandising right can lead to a significant return in customer satisfaction and most importantly, sales!

The Suttons Seeds sales team are here to help you make the most of your seed collections. Whether it is merchanding the seed stands to their optimum shopability or helping you with potential new siting suggestions, the Suttons Seeds sales team have a wealth of product, sales and consumer knowledge.

Remember - the better your stock is merchandised, the faster it will sell through. This will achieve a higher return per square metre and greater profits for you!

  • On arrival, place the trolleys in a warm, draft-free area to avoid unnecessary stress.
  • Carefully remove the secure cling-wrap taking care not to damage the leaves as you are doing this.
  • Have a check over the plants to make sure they are all ok; water if necessary.
  • When placing out on the shop floor, place in a warm green house trying to avoid any drafty areas.

  • Take care to check the plants daily and water when necessary.
